These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of zs777k ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the zs777k platform accessible at https://zs777k.cam and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms are published in English and this English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any inconsistency.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on zs777k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local law.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the Operator's KYC and compliance procedures.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. The Operator will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.3 Account Monitoring

The Operator reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance, fraud prevention and responsible gambling purposes. Accounts displaying unusual patterns of activity may be subject to temporary restrictions pending investigation. The Operator will endeavour to communicate any restrictions to the User in a timely manner, except where legal or regulatory obligations prevent disclosure.

The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or at any other time at the Operator's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

Typical KYC documents for Pakistani users may include one or more of the following, depending on the Operator's current verification requirements:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, or a valid Pakistani passport — clearly photographed with all four corners visible and text fully legible;

5.2 Document Security

You must only upload identity documents through the Operator's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents through unsecured chat applications, email, or third-party channels. Never alter, obscure, crop (beyond removing irrelevant borders), falsify, or digitally modify any document submitted for verification. Submission of fraudulent documents may constitute an offence under applicable law.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Accounts for which KYC verification has not been completed may be subject to deposit and withdrawal restrictions. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification. This is not punitive — it is a compliance requirement designed to protect all users.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms and displayed in the account promotions section.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-way, affected users will be notified and reasonable prior notice provided where practicable.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets, live casino sessions, slot gameplay and any other wagering activity on the Platform:

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket markets (PSL, ICC, Test, T20), football, UFC and other covered events, are subject to the specific rules published in the Platform's sportsbook. In the event of any discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail.

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether due to technical issues or User delay — may be void at the Operator's discretion.

• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance in PKR upon settlement of the relevant event.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals against valid deposits. Users who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts immediately suspended pending investigation.

11.1 Available Tools

11.2 Reducing Limits

The zs777k brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

13.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or failure of security, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.2 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal or any other matter, you should:

1. Contact the Operator's support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction references;
2. Allow the Operator a reasonable period — typically up to five (5) business days — to investigate and respond to your complaint;

All complaint communications must be in English. The Operator will endeavour to provide responses in English, with Urdu-language assistance available on request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create or imply that the Operator is licensed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and on their own initiative. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is compliant with the laws and regulations of their country, province or territory of residence.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email, in-platform notification or by prominently updating the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The Operator recommends that you periodically review this page to remain informed of the current Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates; the Operator cannot guarantee that every notification of changes will reach every User promptly.
